The country fried chicken was fire!! The the best I have had in a long time. The price is a little steep for how small it was though. The mashed potatoes were what you would expect. The Mac & Cheese was dry and bland.

Had the Country Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and a side of Fried Mushrooms. It was delicious! Seasoned very well and arrived hot. I will be ordering more from Summit Restaurant!

I have to say that I had never heard of this restaurant before seeing it on Facebook tonight. The onion rings were the best I've ever had (and I'm pretty old, so I've had my share of them.) And the chicken was the crispiest ever too. Green beans were great! I have one suggestion. I would have liked more gravy although the portions of everything else were large. I highly recommend this restaurant and will become a regular customer. Would really like it if they had catfish. If it would be as good as everything else, it will be the best.
