Summit Tacos is the most delicious and authentic cuisine that I have found in Longmont! Very obvious that the owners care about our community! They feature local art for sale and I found my local CSA @ an event they hosted last month!

Was so excited to try this place, but it was really underwhelming. Queso was greasy and tacos lacked flavor. The guac was okay but the chips aren't very good. Chipotle would have been a better investment of money.
