We ordered the Chicken and Waffles and Triple Crown omelette with grits via DoorDash. The omelette was good- full of the meat and cheese and cooked well! It was a bit salty, but probably due to all the bacon. The grits were deliciously creamy and so, so good.
The chicken and waffles sounded decadent on the menu, as described with a Strawberry Butter and Sweet and Spicy syrup...what arrived was a mushy, overcooked and very thin waffle, 3 dry and mostly cold chicken tenders (think McDonalds quality), Smuckers syrup and plain butter. It was Waffle House quality at best, and so disappointing- no strawberry butter and certainly no spicy syrup, and no disclaimer that they were out of items and they would be replaced. If you are unable to offer the details and quality you promise on your menu, that is dishonesty and this was definitely disappointing.
