Food portions are excellent. Limited to no additional flavoring on eggs or potatoes. American cheese and lightly fried white onions are used for the loaded yukons. Salt was very much needed on eggs and potatoes. Meat servings were well prepared and plenty. Pancakes and waffle likewise. This is the kind of local restaurant you'd find up north for lumberjack breakfasts and varied egg preparations.
