I feel like this place slowly continues to down hill. I used to love them but every time I try to give them another chance it's worse and worse. There is no possible way there bagels that they sell are made fresh everyday. If a bagel is made fresh that day it should not have to be toasted to be edible. Very disappointed with what this place has become
