Food at Superica is great. No complaints! But when order for pickup or delivery, sometimes there are missing items, which is a drag. Always check your order before you leave!

Unfortunately they forgot the tortillas for the Parilla Deluxe Fajitas so 3 adults had to make do with chips for our meal. No problem, mistakes happen but when I called to let them know, they kept putting me on hold after I would explain what happened. No one, including the mgr, bothered to express any regret or apologies, just kept putting me on long holds until I finally just hung up . Our order was via doordash so we didnt expect them to be able to resolve the issue but figured they'd want to know so the next customer's orders could be better. But I guess not, so here I am. I would much rather let a business know directly, and not have to leave a negative experience but they didnt seem interested. I will say the kids enjoyed their meals....

The bag wasn sealed, there was no cutl which I requested. The Pollo Con Mole Enchilada had way too much chocolate - way took sweet/no balance. I liked the rice, beans, and the Tres Lechess was ok, I enjoyed the packaging. Would not reorder

Excellent food. The Chicken Suizas Enchilada is the best I've had, here or in Mexico, and the Chicken Sopa De Tortilla is comforting.
