Usually dinner at Suras is AMAZING. To go orders for Babimbop (sp) need time to sit in stone bowl for a little bit to make sure the rice gets some time to caramelize. Dinner was just OK since it didn't caramelize. Tomorrow when I warm it up it will be good in cast iron skillet. Banchan set wasn't very much for the price.

Excellent experience. if you are like me, I thought the Truffle Hummus would come with slices of cucumber and pita chips from the description but the cucumber is blended into the hummus, I think. Great portion size on that appetizer and I would order again. At first, Roasted Mushrooms seemed like a small portion to cost, but very rich tasting/ filling and I think it was a decent value. The banchan had fish cakes this time, which was awesome. Kimchi Fried Rice had a pleasant mild spiciness and the mozzarella was a nice touch. Definitely their own unique spin on a kimchi fried rice.

Flavors are great and I enjoyed the Banchan Set . Dolsot Bibimbap had generous mushrooms, fernbrake, and vegetables though the bits of beef were small. Generally I enjoy a vegetable heavy dish with less meat, but my order was missing the poached egg in the description, so it felt a bit lacking. With the missing egg, I think it would be five stars.
