The eggplant burrito was good but was cut in the most annoying way. Avocado was a little brown but tasted fine.

The Eggplant Burrito 2 for 1 is an excellent deal. A solid composition of tempura eggplant, avocado, tofu, and quick pickle carrots (wish they used more of the carrots). The tare, or "eel sauce" is a fantastic addition to the chosen ingredients. Frankly, I'm not a fan of "sushi burritos" in general, but the Eggplant Burrito is pretty outstanding. My only real scruple is that they skimp on the wasabi sometimes, though there's always a generous helping of pickled ginger, so 🤷🏻. One of my go-to items with Doordash.

I love this sushi burrito and i try to order at-least once a week if i can! Yum....one day I will try something different.
The salmon skin has me locked down.

I love these burritos. So far I have had 4 of them and they are delicious and generous portions.
My only feedback is that the angle of the cut is more of a 45 degree angle than a 70 degree angle and that you make the nori wrap around the burrito. They unfortunately fall apart with the nori covering about 80% of the burrito.
This does not affect how delicious these are and I will continue ordering even if it these changes aren't made.

best sushi i've had honestly but lacking in shrimp for the size and price, there was 1 shrimp on each end of the roll which took eating the whole thing to get to it lol. still delicious !
