Enjoyed the variety. Wish they could leave a card telling you what's what. It's always nice to know what you're eating so you can ask for it in the future if you like it. Rice was just a bit over-vinegared.

Cuts of fish excellent but for the price I was expecting more than 6 pieces plus 2 sweet egg. Maybe like 8 pieces plus the sweet egg

I never knew how important rice flavor was until having it at Sushi Capitol. Their rice is amazing, and pairs so wonderfully with the high-quality fish. The sashimi is fantastic. This is 100% my go-to sushi place.

The very smallest 8 piece (2 were tamago) $30 charashi bowl I've ever seen in my life, more like a $9 sashimi appetizer. NEVER AGAIN Sushi Capital!!!
