Beef Short Ribs were good. a little fatty in places but yummy.
6. Chicken Katsu was fine. crispy if not that flavorful.

When the sashimi arrived, you could tell it had been cut from frozen as the center was much colder than the rest of the piece, which was disappointing and detracted from the taste.
