I intentionally ordered tuna only rolls because I don't eat salmon. They substituted my Tuna Dragon roll for a much lower quality salmon roll. Plus, the sushi over all quality qas not as good as in Texas from same company.
I order it all the time. Rice was stale, and the cuts of fish were poor quality pieces.
