The Alaska roll had paper thin slices of salmon on top and no salmon inside, just avocado. the spicy tuna roll was just chunks of tuna, not spicy. The fish did not taste like high quality sushi meat.

Avocado Roll: avocado was old, over ripped, and tons of mayo.
Yam Roll: used potato, not yam. Which was hard, undercooked. Also, tons of mayo.

Everything was really good. The only thing I can say is that the yaki udon portion was small and barely have any noodles but lots of thick cabbage.
