DoorDash said portions were large. I thought how large could it be? The salmon on top of both my Salmon Killer and Golden Gate were at least an inch thick in the best way possible. Usually I eat two rolls but it was almost impossible to finish because they were truly that generous. Worth every dollar. I'd order again.

Everything was tasty. I got the Kura Roll Combo with spicy tuna, baked salmon and 4piece sushi. It was awesome. Was so Fresh. I did opt for the 2.99 extra to have delivered direct to me. The baked salmon was still warm. There was a lot of tuna in the spicy tuna roll.

I hesitate to even review Sushi Kura because it's so good, I want to keep the secret to myself. This is a take out spot (they do have a few tables but it's a tiny place and parking is super hard), but the quality far exceeds other sushi take out options. The fish cuts a thick and generous and aways SO fresh. Prices are very reasonable as well. Simple nigiri pieces are my favorite, but I also like an occasional cut roll or spam musubi. This is my go-to local sushi spot.
