My Shrimp Tempura Roll was terrible. Fired shrimp instead of tempura batter. It was dried out and tasteless

I got a Cucumber Roll and didn't get ginger or wasabi, weird and the rolls were unraveling when I got it. Vegetable Fried Rice missing flavor, do you own msg or soy sauce? very limited vegetables in the rice.
