Sushi Matsu is my local favorite spot. Sushi is always delicious, portions are good, and they always go above and beyond in quality and service.
We tried the Chicken Katsu Don bowl and it was flavorful and held it's crispy texture even though it was takeout. It came with a side salad and cup of miso too. I appreciate that they always make sure you get mushrooms, tofu and seaweed in the miso soup.

Hands down some of the most delicious sushi I've had in a long time. Chef's choice sashimi and individual nigiri pieces were melt in your mouth good.

Everything was fresh and delicious especially the Hokkigal (Arckc surf clam) although the Edamame needed more salt.

The beef teriyaki was very tough and the vegetable tempura tasted frozen not fresh. The salad was ok. They put roe on the California roll without letting you know or having the option not to add it. So long story short I couldn't enjoy and eat my dinner. It all went into the garbage after paying $40.00....I will not be ordering food from this restaurant again.
