Shrimp was raw! Was not double cooked/fried/battered as the girl on the phone said they usually do. Ive ate here for years along with extended family. Most of the time it's wonderful. This has been twice ive had the shrimp raw/ translucent grey in color. I've been in the Restaurant business for years. I know when shrimp is raw. This indeed needed to be cooked more. I called the restraint and the young man said to send the photos to a California number. I did get a voice from a young g girl at the rest who said she doubts the shep was raw. Based on how they cook shrimp. Well I hate to break it to you. It was. I spent $125 on this order. Im just asking for a refund or a credit on the roll itself.
