Omakase wasn't ideal for delivery. They should've replaced the pieces that are best served warm and fresh. The wagyu and eel pieces were cold. This isn't the most expensive omakase, but it's not the cheapest. I expected more thoughtfulness

The Sushi quality is great - but have asked one small thing - please send the Soy sauce ginger and wasabi from resturaunt not small packets with extra plastic waste and microplatics that cause cancer - they told me to reach our to their director of operations which I did nov 7 to zero response- they told me they no longer carry the plastic containers (complete lie to my face) blaming the city - today i paid for Shiso Ponzu and Spicy Mayo suprise suprise sent in the containers they dont carry - if you dont want to do something simply say it no need to lie to my face - they wound up sending ZERO soy sauce for the 10 sushi rolls i ordered so i walked to whole foods and bought some - thank you for your horrible customer service - your food is amazing your customer service used to be amazing but now you are just screwing with me for no reason and I will no longer order from your resturaunt again. Thank you for creating more plastic waste by sending 20 pastic containers instead of one - GENIUS MOVE
