Got the Any 3 Rolls which I chose Alaskan, shrimp tempura and spicy tuna. the sushi seemed awfully chewy but was still enjoyable. I think the shrimp was overcooked and it was literally only shrimp seaweed rice nothing else. Not my favorite but not the worst I have had. I appreciate being able to customize the rolls! I also got the 11. Shrimp Shumai which I loved! it has a dab of spicy mustard? or something like that which adds some great flavor if you want it.

Honestly - I cry every time I order because coming from the midwest, this is literally the best sushi I've ever had in the US. I love the attention to detail. The fish is sooo fresh. Makes me glad to be alive. Thanks Sushi Tei!
