Authentic Yaki Soba. It easy to customize with the exception of adding extra vegetables. All in all an excellent dish. Yaki Sobais a classic Japanese street food that is a must to try if you haven't had the pleasure. It's a great find for veterans who served in the Pacific.

Paradise Roll - this item sets the standard for sushi rolls in this city.
Miso Soup - warm and delicious
Rihaku Cloud Sake(300ml) - flavors were more subtle than anticipated but still solid. 3.5/5 on this bottle.

The Spicy Edamame was ok. It couldve been better with maybe some garlic and salt. It was mostly just the chili oil all over so it didnt hit as well. The Chicken Yaki Soba needs more yakisoba sauce. It lacked the flavor that is so important to a good Yakisoba.

The Paradise Roll is exceptional --- great flavors and arrives warm and crispy every time. Miso Soup is a nice portion and has an exquisite flavor. Very consistent. Love it!
