my go to coffee place when I'm at work. BEST lattes and the bagels are so fresh and fluffy.

Bagel was huge and sandwhich was delicious and packaged well. Latte was packed with a lid and the mouth was covered so there was no risk of spilling.

the London fog didn't taste right. 3 tea bags are entirely too many, and it didn't taste like there was any vanilla syrup. this is the 1st time there was an issue with the drink. I've ordered it numerous times before.London Fog

It's hard to mess up a bag, but a blt? Even harder and yet they managed it. I received a single leaf of lettuce and half a tomato slice for my sandwich. Ridiculous. 4 bacon slices so I guess thays something.
