This is one of my favorite ice cream 🍦 places! Their ice cream is one of the creamiest I've had and the ingredients in the different flavors are delicious, the portion sizes are great too. the Italian ice is refreshing and does not taste artificial.

This was the worst order I've ever received from sweet fix creamy. The root beer float consisted of a half a scoop of ice cream and a can of root beer. My three scoops of Italian ice came in a plastic glass. I usually order about three or four times a month,but I don't think I will be ordering or recommending sweet fix any more.

Ordered The Classic Brownie with Almonds and extra fudge. Didn't get any almonds and there was barely a spoon of fudge (just to be clear it already comes with fudge and I added more to reach $12) Brownie was cold and hard.

We ordered two items, and both were packaged so, so poorly. I have ordered from here before and have only recently had issues with my orders. For instance, we ordered Two Scoops (Cup) and we got the tiniest ONE scoop of ice cream. Disappointing.

Ordered "The Classic Brownie" for pick up (01/20/2024) and got it with missing toppings. Comes included with Whipped Cream and Cherry but when i opened it, had no whipped cream on top, no bannanas, no chocolate chips, and other toppings were also missing which i paid additionally for. Also gave me a brownie separately instead of putting it in container. If I had to do it myself i'd be working behind the counter. Customer service has declined significantly over time. Not my first time getting my order messed up or half missing.
