Sweet Republic is an artisan ice cream shop where all the ice creams and sorbets are made from scratch with all natural ingredients that are locally grown whenever possible.
Really good ice cream; the mint tastes like I pulled it from the garden (in a good way). Pricey, but very good. I'd get it again.

1st time to order got a dbl scoop, carmel and almond crunch. It tasted good but couldn't tell which was one or the other. Won't order again it was so sweet and again could not taste any difference between either flavor

Amazing flavors! First heard about the from Food Network's Alton Brown. He recommended the Toffee Banoffee Sundae. Hard to beat but everything there is great.
