I didn get the ones I ordered. It was a great dea so no biggie.. however, very crumblly. Seemed stale ? They are gigantic

The cookies are pre-packaged, not made same day. For as thick as they are, they are strangely not moist - texture is crumbly, taste is floury. Ratio of filling-to-dough tends to favor the dough, notably on the Classic Chocolate Chip, which disappoints. Not the gooey, chocolatey mess you'd imagine from the photos. Reheating in an oven does not improve the experience. Better options on this app.

I opened my paper bag of cookies to a cloud of smoke smelling like marijuana and black and mild smoke. Even the cookies smell like the smoke, I had to throw them away. The labels on the cookies look like they come from a home kitchen, I would not order these. After looking into this shop online, it also seems like they are packaged in Florida and shipped to LA. Definitely not fresh. DO NOT ORDER
