Food was great. Salmon was very dry. Not sure if that was due to transport time or began that way in the kitchen. It was still good and the pickled onions, crispy onion, and cucumber gave the meal good texture

The brussel sprouts and the avocados were too hard to eat. avocados were not ripe enough that the brussel sprouts were not cooked enough.
