Meet the Company's Founders
The first Sweetwaters opened in downtown Ann Arbor in 1993, near their alma mater, The University of Michigan. Sweetwaters was conceptualized and brought to reality thanks…
I've been trying to find a replacement for a chain brand I'm boycotting and was hesitant because I'm a creature of habit. I have no regrets other than wishing I had swapped sooner! Sweetwater has the best coffee I've had in years and it's so much more flavorful than the big chain coffees. Highly recommend!

Sad little cup of yogurt, not even half full. Matcha was basically some warm milk with a tiny bit of matcha mixed in. Not good value.

Timely service as promised. Nice clean store. Fresh food and well packaged to go.
The food and coffee were good. Slightly disappointed that my Croissant Sandwich - Sausage, Egg & Cheese that I ordered extra egg and add bacon was cold on the bottom. The other basic Croissant Sandwich - Sausage, Egg & Cheeseith no add ons was perfect, so perhaps they focused on the alterations and didn't tend to the basic sandwich enough.
Onto the drinks: I got the Dirty with 1/2 sweet and it was perfect! A Latte with almond milk was also perfect.
10/10 would visit again and would be hopeful for fully hot food to get that 5 star rating!

The Croissant Sandwich - Bacon, Egg & Cheese was too brown, soaking in butter/oil to the point of almost non existence. I had to use paper towels to try to soak up as much butter/oil from the croissant as possible. I still ended up with an upset stomach. I was not happy about the condition of the croissant at all. * Notice the shine on the bottom of the croissant and the bush on the top.
The Latte wasn't a full cup and the cup wasn't big at all . It was gone in a few sips. The experimental choice to have pistachio syrup was nice.
Sour Cream Walnut Coffee Cake was delicious, especially warmed up.

The Carrot Cake is nearly $11.00, and the establishments picture referenced a huge slice with 4 layers. This is NOT what I got. it's good ... but if I knew I was purchasing something that you are served at your dad's retirement party - I would have found a much better way to spend $11.00. The coffee is amazing. Maybe I will just stick to that.
