• DoorDash orderLove the drinks, and the pretzels and cookies are awesome, but avoid double dashing from here like the plague. This place is glacially slow for the dashers to pickup from. My main food order and the driver sat waiting on Swig for a good 20 minutes the last time I attempted this. Damaged the quality of hot food ordered and its unfair to the dashers. Time is money for them. They need some sort of priority pickup option for dashers.

• DoorDash orderI ordered a drink with "Extra, Extra Ice;" However, there was slightly less than 1/4 cup of ice in my drink. Plus, the drink's syrup was not mixed into the soda which resulted in a subpar flavor.
I order from Swig three to four days a week, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I hope today's customer service is not Swig's new norm.
