Third time I have ordered from this restaurant and not received a large part of my order. The long wait time matched with fact they forget half of the meals I order makes this restaurant a uniquely unpleasant time to order from.

I ordered a 12 piece wings dinner with fries. I got my wings and no fries. Whats the point of picking sides if they don't send it. 24 dollars for wings, they sent my gravy would've been helpful to have the fries. Last time I ordered my sandwich that they advertised having coleslaw came plain. This location struggles to fulfill orders.

Swiss chalet every time I've ordered it has been absolutely phenomenal well presented looks good it's hot even though my Dasher was on a bicycle it was hot when it came which impressed me
