The caesar salad portion is so small so the price is too much! The amount of salad in a meal is more than a separate order which we expected to be more. The soup is so little too for the price. The roast beef is good!

I ordered a Baked Potato with meal and the potato they sent me was so dried out that it must've been sitting in the bottom of the warming drawer since they opened the restaurant for the day and my order was placed in the evening. About the only good thing that I could say about it was that it was large, but it was dried out all the way through !!! The Sour Cream with Chives that they provided with the order was dated as its final day to be served.
The Double Leg Dinner's portions were so very small, that I easily ate both of them and I'm a senior with a small appetite, who has always had one leg portion leftover for lunch the next day.
I have been patronizing Swiss Chalet since they opened their first location in Calgary, both with my parents and I took my own family there and I've continued after that. At one point, I lived alone only one block away from their restaurant and I either ate in or picked up take-out two or more days a week for years.
This has been my worst experience with Swiss Chalet, ever. I believe that my order came from the Marlborough location and that location is permanently removed from my Swiss Chalet go to restaurants.
I am having Swiss Chalet from the Country Hills location this afternoon and I'm expecting my usual Excellent Swiss Chalet experience.

the bun is larger than the 1/4 chicken, and they sent unflavored chicken. the best part of Swiss chalet is the seasonings. very disappointed.
