Very good traditional flavor and carne aside plate came with homemade tortillas.

The yuca should've been boiled instead it was fried and dry. The chicharrón was in fact not chicharrón as it had no fried skin only dry chunks of pork that even the lime couldn't moisten.

Inconsistent plating of Pollo Con Tajadas
First time everything was packaged separately, this time it came smothered in sauce and sides. I ordered it as a safe item. When I tried to reach out to the store there was no answer.
