Basil Popcorn Chicken and French Fries are very consistent at this location. Light, crispy and fresh. not oily at all. I wish they added an option to add more and or provide more chili powder / pepper powder. Its very minimal what they provide in the container, I find myself needing more. Nonetheless I would recommend both.

Fresh, good value for the money. I have never had a bad dish there. I love the variety of teas and drinks. Their Basil Popcorn Chicken is the best and addictive! I like it extra spicy! I appreciate that they give you generous portions too. On this particular order though, there wasn't much Basil and there wasn't any garlic cloves either. That is my only negative comment. Best to go in person to make sure your order is right!!!

The drinks are amazing! I got the rose milk tea and its crazy how it smells like actual rose and taste too. Most of the time when I get rose Classical Rose Milk Tea from other boba places, it's not as fragrant nor rich in flavor as t4 makes it. I will definitely order from here again.

I LOVE T4. It is, BY FAR, my favorite boba spot. Their pearls taste so much better than they do at other places. My favorites include standard ice and sweetness for Earl Grey milk tea, Jasmine milk tea, and Oolong milk tea

Genuinely surprised! Did T4 actually read my previous review?! They up the portion size for my red chili powder but still gave me the same sized "small" portion of the black pepper powder, wait what?! lol regardless love the food, will be ordering soon again!
