The food was really good! Especially the Beefy Melt Burrito. The Nacho Bell Grande was good too, but whoever fixed it thought I was ordering off the kid menu. It was small with more tomatoes than me with little cheese.

I have NEVER EVER in life had such a horrible experience. Our order was $100 and NONE of the food we received was worth it.Supreme Taco Party Pack Chalupa Supreme both had like 3-5 cubes of tomatoes, barely any lettuce and a drop of sour cream. Like these were Supreme tacos and a Supreme Chalupa!! The Taco shells were stale and the Chalupa shell was super old... like if I could leave 0 stars I would. This was from TB in Philly. I was home visiting my dad and grandma and at 89 years old this was her first experience with tacos... awful. Told her we will definitely get authentic ones next time. This TB also didn't have a way to order drinks... like what in the world!? If this was the TB in VA, we would've had a slightly better experience. I wanted a refund but was too caught up with spending time that I didn't reach out to support quick enough. This was the WORST Taco Bell ever. Do NOT order from there.

i have never ordered from here and received it in a timely manner, except maybe once. this time wasn't as bad, i wasn't up for hours waiting, but there's no cinnamon on the Cinnamon Twists. the Crunchwrap - Black Bean was fine though!

Missing an item when I only ordered 3 things. No sauces in the actual tacos or quesadillas. Dry as can be.
