Soft taco shells were stale, dried out, and hastily made. This was not the first time happening. At Exton KFC/Taco Bell you're better off ordering fried chicken or not ordering at all.

Totally inedible. Not even warm, no flavor, chewy instead of crunchy tacos, tough tortillas, supreme burrito had no sour cream & consisted of bland filling with scant tablespoon of cheese ( maybe). Cinnamon twists had hard parts. Never again!

Items are missing from my order almost EVERY TIME I order from here. I don't know what is going on with the people who work there but they need to get their act together. Making a mistake once in a while is understandable, but this frequently is unacceptable.
