Everything was good, except I asked for mild and hot salsa and there was none in the bag. Also the zesty chicken burrito had just a tiny bit of zesty ranch sauce on it- not very much. Everything else was great though.

This is twice I have ordered from Taco Factory. Both times I have asked for a Potato Grande. Bothtimes I asked for Butter and extra meat. Both times it barely had any meat and no butter. It was very dry. I have ordered in the past and they were very good. I am disappointed . The rest of the food was very good. I had also ordered the Nacho Grande. My husband enjoyed it. The stuffed taco was hard and dry.

cheese enchilada was way cold... asked for no black olives and still had them on my order and can never seem to get my ranch that I pay for even though I put in the special instructions for them to make sure it is in the order.

the food itself was great, the problem is when u buy something u expect for the order to be the correct amount, size, etc. I love the nacho grande but the last couple times the orders were on the slim side!
