im from florida, was nervous about finding good mexican food here. but everything was phenomenal! good amount of food for the price, the taco has a large portion of meat. the beans and rice are absolutely fantastic, had a side of just beans, and it came with the container almost entirely filled to the top and plenty of cheese on top. the rice isn't dry or crunchy or bland. It's perfectly seasoned and not overdone. I will definitely be ordering again!!!

RAMEN BIRRIA was chock full of meat the first time i got it, but not so much today. It is still the beefiest beef consomme i have had the pleasure of tasting. Nothing that comes from here has been disappointing, ever, and i dont expect it will unless someone misses the "Please [for the love of God] no cilantro." Havent had this issue yet! Love this place.

There was only one small bag of chips for the large cheese dip, which was not nearly enough. The chips also seemed a bit stale. The cheese dip itself was good. The birria pizza was okay, the meat itself was pretty bland but the birria caldo and other salsas provided made it better. Not very well packaged, beans, cheese dip and salsa were sideways and leaking. This could have also been the driver. Overall not bad, but not the best Mexican food truck in Cabot.

This food truck is phenomenal!!! I follow him on Facebook and he has a dream of opening his own restaurant! I hope he can achieve it the tacos and cheese dip are some of the best i have ever had!

BIRRIA RAMEN was wonderful but was boiling hot when I got it. A good thing but tell that to my burned tongue! The Guacamole & Chips were some of the best I have ever had. Great meal! A+
