Excellent! I had the 3 Quesa Birria + Consome and the meat was lean, juicy, and I loved the option to spice it up (which I did). One of the most flavorful Birria tacos I've had in Fort Collins.

ordered #6 breakfast burrito and it was so dry, I could hardly swallow let alone chew. Definitely needs green chili inside the burrito and then a side option to request for sour cream and green chili. probably won't order here again!

the pound of meat comes with consome but doesn't mention that, so we bought the side of consome. now we have way too much. everything was delicious but the descriptions need to be more accurate.
