As someone who often travels to Jalisco state specifically for Birria, I will say im super disappointed. These were definitely not as appealing as the picture and most certainty not very good in taste. The meat was not seasoned well and the tortilla tasted like wet paper. They werent dipped well nor fried well so the consistency was off. The consume had no flavor at all. They charge extra for things that normally go on the Birria Tacos (like onions). An overall not good experience.

The menudo was sour for some reason, the elote was shriveled, old, and submerged in sauce to hide how poor the corn was. Unfortunate first time experience.

I think you might want to fix the DoorDash menu. It will not allow me to order tamales. It doesn't give you a choice of red or green sauce. And it features the improper meats that you serve with them. I enjoy these tamales and I would like to order some. Be careful with DoorDash. They raise your prices.
