Tacos Rojas is awesome and we have our favorites.
But I did not enjoy the Burrito California. It was OK and super large! Very filling. But lacking in flavor that comes in most of Tacos Rojas items.

Street corn in a cup, not how Im used to getting it Tucson. You could eat it on a plate. This was more like soup with curdled cheese. The corn should have been drained before adding the cheese and seasonings. Omg would have been amazeballs then. Because even watered down, the flavor was there.
Fish taco was good. Did not taste fishy. But not like what I got sea side Mexico but good for Virginia! And when I'm burnt out on chicken and beef, I'll order it. Like ordering a fish sandwich at Burger joints when you're just tired of burgers.
And the stars of the show....
Birria tacos and Rojas tacos. Friggen great.
Not enough garlic (I think) in the tomatillo sauce and the red pepper sauce was hot without great flavor. But it had good flavor.
The rice and beans are good. Not stale, not crusty, like all their food FRESH!
Their horchata only comes in a small and I ordered two and felt kinda ripped off. God for what I paid for a small, I could have gotten a large in AZ with good cinnamon in it. But it was nice.

The cheese dip was delectable!!! warm!!! so yummy!!! You cannot beat the price of this decently sized bowl of queso that comes with a side bag of chips bringing the total price for everything to 5$, which is an amazing deal!!
