Absolutely amazing dinner! The Quesabirria Special was absolutely fire and full of flavor! The consume was thick, loaded with tasty bits, and really added that next level flavor to the tacos.
The Quesadilla was super tasty. The big tortilla allows for a lot of cheese and I went with the Birria on that as well and wow!!!
10/10 will be back here.

Everything was amazing but next time I'll get more than one Quesa Birria Dorado Taco 😂 the Birria Plate is seasoned perfectly and the rice and beans are amazing. My son devoured his Queso Taco 's and the Horchata is creamy and Cinnamon'y

I found Tacos Veganos for the first time last year and ate there 4 times in a month. I live in Tennessee so when I found out the conference I am attending is in Scottsdale I was so pumped! I ordered 3 things and all were just as amazing as last year. The NACHOS were out of this world and the TACO PLATE SPECIAL are full of flavor. The QUESADILLA could have used more cheese as the el pastor was falling out of it but still tasted great!

Unbelievably good food! A vegan and 2 non vegans were all extremely impressed. We did pickup and the smell inside the restaurant was amazing. The ARIZONA BURRITO was perfectly toasted on the outside and huge. The birria and carne asada were also both absolutely delicious.
