Absolutely delicious Quesabirria. They were very generous with the meat! Also appreciated all the extra napkins.

Ok if I could give it 5-20-100.
Torta eat it yes, was it good no. Mexican Torta was lacking Mexican style and taste. The Bread was not light, crisp, filled with flavor. This bread was day old stale think of a hoggie roll used for a Sub. The bread makes the Mexican Torta standout. All I could taste was bread. Note to the Cheif you need a different baker.
The 3 Tacos Combo with R&B no flavor meat was lacking the marinade to give it the flavor punch in the mouth. Rice and beans where not much better good not great. I need to dump on the sauce to give it a kick.
Quesabirria Ok now this was firer powerful flavor great melt of cheese with the right crisp. Meat was soaking in flavor. 100% order again.
Maybe I'll try the menu again with some changes. To be competitive with the growing numbers of Mexican food trucks, and restaurants in this area. I would say get that flavor roaring and the bread right.

The Carne Asada Burrito Regular was very dry. And the salsa provided was about 1 tsp...not nearly enough! It seems like the meat was either overcooked or yesterday's reheated leftovers. I wont be ordering from here again.
