Best hamburger I've had from Jakes in a long time. I had the Jakes Special and it was delicious. I'll be ordering that again.

I completely forgot that I decided to never order from here again after the last time, and this order was almost as bad. I won't forget again. When they say something is "steak" what they really mean is unseasoned ground hamburger meat. It is not in any way shape or form "steak". Last time I ordered a steak sandwich and got room temp plain ground beef in an untoasted bun, this time I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla and got room temp ground beef in an un buttered, barely heated tortilla. GROUND BEEF IS NOT STEAK. YOU CANNOT JUST CALL IT STEAK AND CHARGE UP FOR IT, THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORKS. The Kids Chicken Tenders meal cost an eye watering $7.59 for 2 chicken fingers and an anemic serving of tator tots with a teeny tiny little container of gravy and no drink. The tots were amazing and the gravy was also really good, the chicken fingers were just ok bordering on not good. Charging that much and not including a drink is criminal, and they forgot to send the adult size drink I ordered too. Is anyone at this restaurant paying attention to anything that goes on in the kitchen??
