Best ramen in SD! The Tajima Ramen is always a good choice. The white broth with just a touch of the red bomb spice is my favorite. Get an extra 1/2 ramen egg if you're feeling indulgent.

Yummy, the meat was delicious and nice tenderness.
The soup was also good, I enjoyed the garlic flavor of the tajima's broth. Maybe just a little too salty because it did have a strong after taste from something.
Love that they have spinach noodles!

The flavors are still good, but im sad to say the portions have decreased noticeably. Also, since there are no gluten free options, I opted to omit the noodles. There are no discounts for omitting an item, even though adding extra noodles would have been an up charge. I added deep fried tofu because I don't care for pork, but there are no options to substitute. I was disappointed to pay extra and only get three small slices of tofu. I have always loved Tajima, but this was not my usual experience.
