The pork and broth were good. However, I think the noodles were a little small and could use more ingredients than just a very small piece of seaweed and a little garnish of green onion. For $25,I expect more.

Dried, bland, not a good katsu dish to general standard. Pick something else from this restarant instead.

This was a very disappointing, mediocre meal. Takashi Ramen just opened, and I heard good things, so I thought I'd see how they do on delivery.
The 24 hr Tonkotsu ramen left me with half-cooked noodles, an awful broth and a big let down. The Salmon Ikura Bowl was dry, with overcooked pieces of salmon. I love salmon, and hate wasting food, but ultimately I had to throw both it and the ramen away after trying to get a few bites down. The Homemade Gyoza was expensive, but fine and the Fried Shrimp Bowl was good, crisp and hot with a nice batter.
But when you order undercooked, bad tasting ramen from a place with "ramen" in its name, it's not a great sign.
Sorry guys. I wish you well, and maybe you're just not up and running as you might be in another month or two, and maybe yo're still figuring out delivery, but this was an expensive meal with less than half worth eating.
Do you offer refunds?...

Chashu meat was dry and not fresh. Rice was very soggy. No egg included dispote being advertised. Overall the dish was mediocre at best, atleast it was decently warm.
