The bowl was great. The ingredients tasted fresh. The rice was nice and fluffy and the pork was cooked to perfection. The bowl looks a little small but the portions are great and really filling.

It was alright. The sauces were great. The pork was decent, but its pulled pork which threw me off, I was expecting a more traditional korean spicy pork. Not enough rice compared to the other ingredients. The rice was also a bit mushy and disintegrated when eating. Kale slaw was also good.

The poached egg was very undercooked and the white was a goopy, runny mess. This alone was enough to turn my stomach and although I tried to eat around it, made the rest of the dish, which was lacking flavor, unappetizing.

This was my first time ordering from Takorean Restaurant, and the Build-Your-Own-Bowl was fire 🔥 🔥🔥!!! I love the marriage of ethnic flavor profiles. Very unique, surprisingly delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant regularly.
