I have enjoyed several of the burritos. My absolute favorite is the brisket burrito. Authentic northern Mexican cowboy food is how it is described, and I must agree. Easily to handle, and not much to clean up other than licking fingers and smacking lips. If you catch them at breakfast time, even their coffee has a special flavor, which only adds to the charm of their delicious food. It really seemed to me that we were having a campfire meal, gathered round after a cattle run. Please come visit this wonderful family owned and operated restaurant, and experience the various offerings. The brisket is slow roasted on the premise, to a tender juicy perfection you will never forget. The pinto beans are stewed with a marvelous balance of spices in the "charros" style. Everything is organically sourced and freshly prepared for your palate to enjoy, whether you plan to pick up the order or stay and savor it right there. I hope I see you there...tell them I sent you ;-))

The meats were good. The sides are not what I expected. They came in a 1 cup container a small amount for $4.00 each. Overpriced for what you get. Slaw and beans are OK. The potato salad was bad. Semi cooked chunks of potatoes with no dressing
