I love the food, tho this time it wasn't handled with care and everything looked like it had been tossed

I genuinely expected good food and i DID NOT get it. Everything was extremely greasy and/or overcooked. Salsa is packaged in a little cup like a packet of ranch. But worst of all, the tortillias taste wrong here AND are chewy. Hard to stomach- so not "authentic" with your bland rice, wow.
I heard some good things about this place so I decided to try it. I ordered the Asada Burrito, but sadly, I was disappointed. The meat tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned, and I couldn't finish eating it. The chips and Chips & Guac were ok.
