some of the most authentic Mexican food in Monroe, tamales are HUGE. Six was almost too many, they don't skimp on taco meat and the Verde salsa was top not. would rate 6/5 if I could!

I don't know if it was just a bad day for these people or what. But, my food was really disappointing. I heard about how good and authentic this spot was, which is what prompted me to try them out. But man..I wish I could get my money back. All the meat was dry (except for the tamales I ordered), and all of it lacked seasoning. Like the steak on my huarache was just gray nothing. The chicken in my SO's burrito was so dry and overcooked that it was physically difficult to eat. The Jamaica I ordered just tasted like sweet water. Neither of us got through more than 1/3rd of our food before just tossing it in the trash, and I poured my drink down the sink. Really disappointing.
