10/10 recommend the Gorditas, flavor is always immaculate and a perfect ratio of meat : toppings. my favorite meat with it is the carnitas, as it's moist & full of flavor.

Quesa Birrias (Birria de res) was great! Better than other places and the consume wasn't overly salty. the red salsa is so good and spicy. It's more on the hot spicy side so use a little at a time.

The Quesa Birrias (Birria de res) was very good probably the best I've gotten in the area. The Horchata was ok but a little underwhelming.
