Drink was wrong upon pick up but it was a easy fix no fried onion this time but food was fresh and hot.

Delicioso! Everything tastes fresh and authentic. I know refried beans & rice are simple side items, but they prepare them better than any others I have tried so far.

Best i have found in greater Bellevue.
Outstanding homemade tortillas.
Spicy chile verde
Carnitas was fried and not just braised.
Glad to see tongue and tripe on long list of proteins.
Better than most beans and rice.

Got the Burrito Plate with no beans or cilantro and paid for extra additional guacamole and sour cream. Thankfully and most importantly, they did no beans but I think I got extra cilantro instead of no cilantro. (Not a huge deal...I can pick it out) but sadly they forgot my extra side of guacamole and sour cream. (DoorDash has already comped me for that...yay, DoorDash!!). Burrito was less than warm but still delicious, as always. Honestly surprised they didn't follow my requests 100% because this place has NEVER let me down in that respect before.
Still HIGHLY recommend especially if you hate "dry, shredded chicken" in your burrito. This is still the ONLY place I've found that uses super moist, ground chicken and it makes all the difference in the world.
