I haven't ordered here from here in a while but when I did a while ago , everything was amazing. The Quesabirria(3) was delicious and flavorful and the Cali Fries BurritoBurrito was really good. I must say however that my most recent order didn't live up to the same standard. Everything was kinda bland and lacked flavor. The Quesabirria(3) is usually cooked on the grill with the dipping sauce that they serve but this time it was just a normal bland shell. The Cali Fries Burrito was mostly fries on the inside. While I love them in my burrito, I want it to complement the other ingredients and not overpower them. The Extra Salsa Salsa was really good when I first ordered here but it seems the same thing has happened in regard to the salsa. Im not sure if they changed recipes or ingredients but im not sure if I'll order here again. I want to support the workers because they are really nice and friendly but if they dont go back to what they used to do in regards to their food then I fear I will have to order someplace else.

The tacos are expensive and very dry. Every time I've ordered the pastor it's been super dry and no flavor. The fried ice cream is the only thing I like from this taco truck. Def the worst taco truck in Pocatello. Not worth the price.

Very little meat in the burrito and Quesabirria(3) we got. The burrito was basically all rice and beans. Disappointing, I remember when the food was decent.

Best sophitos in the area. meat is properly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Add Pico De Gallo to send it way over the top. Excellent menu here. Kudos to the Chef!
