We've only dined-in once but were already sold on this classic, sparsely decorated, old school Mexican joint tucked back at the corner of the I-35 N feeder and Reinli St. based on the simple fact that they make the best Breakfast Tacos in town. Seriously. I know that's a bold statement but you have to try 'em before you fight me. I'm not sure what they do to make such a simple thing so dang good. Mass hypnosis? Voodoo? Human sacrifice? Don't know, don't really care. I just know they are sublime (it could be the tortillas - fluffy with nice char). As are the two salsas they offer (red and green).
Whatever it is they are the best.
The one time we dined-in was for breakfast and we made the conscious decision to order something other than tacos. Migas and Chiliquiles both rocked and should be added to your weekly routine as much as your diet will allow.
In short, we can't sing the praises of this place enough. A++++

I ordered Breakfast Tacos for my executive offsite. Half were bacon egg and cheese on flour and the other half were potato chorizo and egg on flour. All 7 executives said the tacos were delicious and the best they've had:)) 10/10 would order again!

I had 2 wonderful Breakfast Tacos delivered at 5 pm that were stuffed with chorizo, eggs, cheese and potatoes. Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful flavor. It's probably a heart attack wrapped in a flour tortilla but it sure tasted good and I will definitely order them again but I might want to wait a couple of weeks 😂

Breakfast Tacos are always great, I had hoped the Coffee was better. It tasted like it was the last of it out of the carafe and I asked for real sugar packets (usually white packet coloring) or splenda packets (known to be in yellow packets), but was sent zero calorie sweetener or commonly known as the pink packets.

This is incredibly sad. The Torta Cubana here has to be the worst ive ever had. I have no idea why it is so flat. I deserve a refund on how much they skimped out on everything. According to them it should come with lettuce tomatoes onions avocado ham and your choice of meat. It had no lettuce no onions no tomatoes and the smallest piece of ham
